By accessing or using ChartBuff, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is not directed to children under 13.
The Service
ChartBuff provides independent game activity and market observations for research and informational purposes. Values can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. They are not professional, financial, investment, legal, or business advice.
Screenshots and Quotations
You may take and casually share limited screenshots or excerpts from public pages. When republishing them publicly for editorial, research, or commercial purposes, keep the relevant labels and context visible or clearly credit ChartBuff. Do not alter a chart or value in a way that misrepresents what the site reported.
This permission covers our presentation and original explanatory text only. It does not grant rights in third-party names, marks, artwork, or source material.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- extract or reconstruct the service as a bulk dataset, or resell its data or presentation, without written permission;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, robots instructions, or other measures that protect the service and its sources;
- interfere with the service, probe it for abuse, or use automation that imposes an unreasonable load;
- impersonate ChartBuff, an observed platform, a game owner, or another person; or
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe another party's rights.
Third-Party Rights
Game names, trademarks, logos, artwork, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification and informational purposes only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
ChartBuff is not affiliated with Valve, Roblox, or any other game publisher. Third-party services and materials remain subject to their own terms.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartBuff and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to use the service during the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights remain unaffected.
Changes
The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and access may be restricted when needed to protect users, sources, or the service. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
